Our mission is to change that!

Our swimming lessons are geared towards equipping individuals of all ages with essential life-saving skills, ensuring that they not only enjoy the water but also respect its challenges. We believe that everyone deserves the knowledge and ability to keep themselves safe in and around water.

But our mission goes beyond safety. Swimming has immense health benefits – it’s a low-impact, high-reward exercise that improves cardiovascular health, builds muscle strength, enhances flexibility, and serves as a great stress reliever.

We’re ideally situated in the bustling Fulwood Central Retail Park in Preston. Our location is not just about swimming; it’s about convenience and accessibility. With ample parking and a variety of shops and activities, your visit to us can be more than just a swim session.

It’s also easily accessible from Broughton, Garstang, and Penwortham – just a five minute drive away.
