  • What if the class I want to book is full?

    Our online booking system will show how many spaces are available for each of our classes. You can add your details to the waiting list, and this will notify you by email when a space comes available.

  • How can I cancel my lessons?

    You are only able to cancel your swimming lessons at three points of the year; 31st of December, 31st of March or 31st of July, giving notice on the 1st of that month, unless within the 14 day cooling off period.

  • How do I pay for lessons?

    All lessons are paid monthly by direct debit.

  • What happens if classes are cancelled?

    Your session will be credited back onto your account.
